For anything about Pin Pal Studio or the Pin Pal Discover Chrome extension — a question, a problem, billing, or your data — email hello@pinpalstudio.au. A real person reads every message.
It helps to say which product you mean, the email address on your account, and what you were doing when something went wrong.
Email supportPin Pal Discover (the Chrome extension)
- Signing in: there is no password. Enter your email in the side panel and we send a six-digit code, valid for ten minutes — check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive, and ask for another.
- Billing and cancelling: use the billing screen in the extension. Cancel any month.
- What it can and can’t see: it doesn’t read the pages you browse — section 7 of our privacy policy has the detail. More about Discover.
Pin Pal Studio
- Getting started: create your workspace, and the blog covers the basics — or start with the free one-page plan.
- Billing and cancelling: from your account settings in the app. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Your account and your data
- A copy of your data, a correction, or deleting your account: email us from the address on your account. What each request covers is set out in section 9 of our privacy policy.
- Pins already on Pinterest stay there when your Pin Pal account is deleted — remove them on Pinterest itself.
